Invite More Light Into Your Life!

It’s time to invite more light into your life!

Endings and Beginnings.
Dark and Light.
Confusion and Clarity.
Doubt and Trust.
Fear and Love.

Life is full of polarities and the solstice marks the most significant one for planet Earth. The winter solstice is the moment of deepest darkness in the Northern Hemisphere. But deep within this dark comes the light, a moment of clarity, of vision, of fresh new energy. Solstice, the earth’s seasonal new year’s eve is an opportunity to plant the seed of what we want to see realized in the future.

This year, the polarity is extra strong. Not only are we moving into a new annual solar cycle, but also we are transitioning into a new phase that will last the next nine years.

For many of us, 2016 has been a dark year filled with loss or uncertainty. We have let go of things that no longer serve us or are ready to do so and experience something new.

At the moment, a lot of people are feeling despair. There is a feeling of darkness, confusion, doubt and fear about what is going on in our country and our planet that seems almost paralyzing. But as the sun hesitates before it moves into the light, I invite you to ask yourself: What do you want to see come to fruition? What actions can you take to make this happen?

So this Solstice and these last few days of 2016, take a moment to reflect upon what has been happening in your life and the world since 2007. There’s been some tremendous progress and also setbacks. What are the themes, what would you like to see grow, and what are you ready to change?

I suggest doing what the Earth does as it makes its annual move around the sun: bring more light into your life. Are you ready for some new beginnings, clarity, trust, and love? I know I am.
